We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Orders placed with a shipping address outside the United States may not be fulfilled. If an order cannot be shipped to the provided address, we may contact you and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Our store offers decorative press-on nails, hand-painted nail sets, custom-sized nail designs, application accessories, and related nail products.

Because some nail sets may include handmade details, custom sizing, decorative elements, or individual inspection before shipment, preparation times may vary slightly between products.

Order Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Certain hand-painted, made-to-order, or custom-sized nail sets may require additional preparation time. When applicable, estimated preparation information may be provided on the product page.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Packaging

Each nail set is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Small decorative pieces and nail accessories may be secured separately inside the package to help prevent movement or damage during transportation.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

For nail sets produced or prepared according to customer-provided sizing information, customers are responsible for providing accurate nail measurements or selected sizes before the order is prepared.

Custom sizing may affect preparation time.

Please review all sizing information carefully before submitting your order.

Sizing-related return and replacement eligibility is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your nail set or accessories arrive damaged, please contact us promptly at hello@nuvoyshop.com and provide:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the affected product
Photos of the shipping packaging when relevant

We will review the information and determine an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, an eligible resolution may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us.
