However, once a custom-sized, hand-painted, or made-to-order product has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, supported destinations, and applicable shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
